Ore Energy develops long-duration, utility-scale iron-air batteries designed to provide safe, low-cost, multi-day energy storage for electricity grids. The technology enables renewable power to become a dependable source of energy at scale, supporting the transition to a cleaner, more resilient, and electrified world.
задачи
- Develop, qualify, and manage the commercial pipeline across utilities, grid operators (TSOs and DSOs), renewable energy developers, and energy traders;
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across commercial, technical, sustainability, procurement, and regulatory teams;
- Identify customer needs, use cases, and market opportunities, translating them into customer-specific business cases;
- Lead commercial negotiations for agreements and binding offtake contracts;
- Support tender procedures by leading the commercial narrative, building consortia, and coordinating with stakeholders;
- Engage with industry organizations and regulatory bodies to advocate for LDES and provide input on legislation and policy;
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, conferences, and strategic partnership discussions;
- Align commercial strategy with market intelligence and customer feedback;
- Maintain and improve commercial processes, including CRM management, opportunity tracking, and sales documentation.
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within utilities, energy, renewables, or grid infrastructure;
- Demonstrated experience building and converting enterprise or infrastructure sales pipelines, including closing long-cycle commercial contracts;
- Strong understanding of electricity markets, grid infrastructure, renewable energy systems, and energy storage technologies;
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, and regulatory functions;
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate project economics and customer value drivers;
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English;
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events;
- Nice to have: Existing network across the utility and renewable energy ecosystem, proficiency in German or French.
