задачи
- Develop and grow a portfolio focused on subscription and recurring merchants;
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-volume subscription businesses;
- Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, risk appetite, and processing setup;
- Build long-term partnerships with merchants and ecosystem players;
- Improve the full recurring payment lifecycle including initial transactions, renewals, and dunning flows;
- Increase approval rates, recovery rates, and overall transaction success;
- Work with PSPs and orchestration providers to optimize routing and processing;
- Monitor and improve transaction volume, approval rates, recurring success rate, and profitability;
- Understand and influence churn through payment performance;
- Own acquiring risk for subscription merchants, including chargebacks and disputes;
- Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard rules for recurring payments;
- Identify and mitigate friendly fraud, trial abuse, and misuse of recurring billing;
- Balance growth with portfolio health and scheme thresholds;
- Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and finance teams;
- Evaluate subscription business models from commercial and risk perspectives;
- Contribute to improving acquiring processes and performance.
требования
- Hands-on experience in card acquiring;
- Proven experience with subscription and recurring payment models;
- Strong understanding of recurring billing, payment lifecycle, retries, dunning, and recovery logic;
- Expertise in chargebacks within subscription environments;
- Solid understanding of Visa and Mastercard rules and thresholds;
- Ability to assess subscription business models including unit economics, churn, and fraud risks;
- Strong analytical and structured thinking;
- Experience working with high-volume merchants;
- Fluent English and Russian;
- Nice to have: Experience in fintech or payments.
