задачи
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the assigned market;
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
- Prepare and present compelling technical-commercial proposals;
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and solution shaping to negotiation and contract closure;
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation;
- Develop ROI/TCO analyses to support customer decision-making and value-based selling;
- Expand business through strategic partnerships with SIs, OEMs, and software partners;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or business development;
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-facing experience;
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions;
- Experience managing complex sales processes and negotiations;
- Comfortable working in an international and matrix environment;
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented;
- Nice to have: Master’s degree, MBA, background in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
