The company is a global fintech organization providing institutional liquidity, execution services, and advanced trading infrastructure solutions to professional brokers and financial institutions worldwide.
задачи
- Identify, qualify, and engage professional brokers, financial institutions, and institutional trading clients;
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders;
- Present institutional liquidity and execution solutions, highlighting value in execution quality, platform connectivity, and low latency;
- Convert business leads from multiple channels into an active pipeline;
- Analyze client needs regarding liquidity, routing, slippage, latency, platform integration, and onboarding;
- Collaborate with product, dealing, technical, compliance, and onboarding teams to prepare tailored proposals;
- Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams to refine offerings;
- Maintain disciplined CRM records and accurate pipeline reporting;
- Monitor competitors and industry trends in broker infrastructure and execution services.
требования
- Proven B2B sales or business development track record in fintech, brokerage, liquidity provision, or trading technology;
- Direct experience selling to or working with FX/CFD brokers, MT4/MT5 brokers, or institutional trading clients;
- Strong understanding of liquidity provision, execution services, broker operations, and the FX/CFD ecosystem;
- Ability to manage complex, long-cycle B2B sales from prospecting through negotiation to onboarding;
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipeline management;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Nice to have: Familiarity with MT4/MT5 connectivity, FIX API, bridge solutions, or broker infrastructure technologies, existing network in the brokerage, liquidity, or fintech infrastructure space, additional languages.
