Business Development Manager

Add Value Fund Management BV operates as a Dutch investment fund manager specializing in the Small & Midcap segment. As a subsidiary of Handelsbanken Nederland, the organization manages an investment fund listed on Euronext Amsterdam with approximately €175 million in assets under management.

• Proactively approach potential investors including institutional clients, family offices, asset managers, banks, and high-net-worth individuals;
• Independently expand and manage the investor network;
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing investors and intermediaries;
• Represent the fund professionally by explaining performance, strategy, and market developments;
• Organize and host client events, seminars, presentations, and networking meetings;
• Increase the visibility of the fund within relevant market segments;
• Collaborate with management on the annual business development and relationship management plan;
• Identify market trends, competitive movements, and growth opportunities;
• Contribute to the professionalization of commercial and communication processes.

• 7–10 Years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within asset management, investment, or private banking;
• Passion for investing and strong affinity with bottom-up stock selection;
• Ability to discuss performance, strategy, and market developments at a high level;
• Strong communication, persuasion, and representation skills;
• Commercial drive, proactive attitude, and result-oriented mindset;
• Professionalism, integrity, and transparency in the financial sector;
• Nice to have: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a STEM field.
