Business Development Manager

Miroma Group is a global independent marketing business that operates a network of award-winning marketing and communications agencies to provide a full suite of services for client partners. Newman's Displays is a UK-based sign and display specialist that delivers visual solutions through in-house production, handling projects from initial surveys and design to installation.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in target growth sectors;
• Develop and manage relationships with experiential agencies, event production companies, retail design teams, and brand marketing departments;
• Lead client meetings, pitches, and commercial negotiations;
• Build and maintain a 12–24-month revenue pipeline;
• Work closely with internal production teams to scope projects accurately;
• Protect and grow gross margin through commercial negotiation;
• Support the development of sales materials and sector-specific positioning.

• 5+ Years of experience within experiential marketing, event production, retail design, exhibition build, or similar creative production environments;
• Proven track record of generating new business revenue;
• Existing network within London agencies and/or brand marketing teams;
• Strong commercial acumen and margin awareness;
• Experience pitching creative production services;
• Confidence operating in both creative and operational environments;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of scenic build, large format print or fabrication, experience working with premium brands.
