• Manage and grow a personal portfolio of retail and professional trading clients;
• Drive revenue through the acquisition of new retail and professional traders across multiple regulated jurisdictions;
• Increase client deposits and trading volumes;
• Deliver against client acquisition, deposit, and trading activity targets;
• Attract and onboard high-value traders and professional clients;
• Develop and manage an Introducing Broker (IB) or affiliate network;
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients;
• Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures with brokers and affiliates;
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Support, and Product teams to improve client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and platform experience;
• Support efficient onboarding-to-activation conversion processes.

• Fluent English communication skills;
• Proven experience within the retail Forex/CFD brokerage industry in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles;
• Experience in growing a client portfolio and achieving deposit/trading volume targets;
• Experience in building and managing IB or affiliate networks;
• Experience in converting leads into active funded traders;
• Strong understanding of multi-asset CFD products (Forex, commodities, indices, cryptocurrencies);
• Strong understanding of trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar;
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions;
• Nice to have: Russian language, Arabic language.
