Pylontech is a global provider of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) that specializes in innovative lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery solutions. The organization delivers energy storage capacity for residential, commercial, and industrial applications across more than 80 countries.
задачи
- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, trade shows, and digital platforms;
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for acquiring C&I and Utility energy storage projects;
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and tenders;
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms in alignment with legal and regulatory standards;
- Liaise with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution;
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums;
- Monitor regulatory updates, market trends, and technological advancements in the energy storage sector.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, project development, or project management within the energy storage, battery systems, or renewable energy sectors;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational abilities with a strategic mindset;
- Proven capability in managing complex negotiations and multi-phase projects;
- Fluency in English and Polish;
- Nice to have: Focus on energy storage or renewable energy, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or another major European language.
