- Identify potential clients and a network of contacts for short and long-term business acquisition;
- Manage the entire acquisition process to optimize the selection of brands and inventory on the platform;
- Collaborate with newly onboarded brands and sellers to ensure their trading readiness;
- Build and expand partnerships with marketplace agencies and service providers;
- Drive process changes and business development to keep pace with the evolving ecommerce market;
- Define category strategy and execute it through the acquisition of strategically important sellers, brands, and retailers.
требования
- Deep industry knowledge in the fashion sector with practical experience in business development, sales, or retail;
- Solid understanding of marketplace dynamics, consumer trends, and brand needs;
- Proven experience in new customer acquisition for large organizations and leading ecommerce sales teams;
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with external companies;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear structures and data-driven decisions;
- Fluent in German.
