Business Development Manager

Sumsub is a full-cycle verification platform that enables scalable compliance, identity and business verification, and ongoing monitoring. The platform adapts to different risk appetites and market demands, allowing for the customization of analytics and workflows through a no-code interface.

• Create and execute a go-to-market strategy in assigned regions leveraging cross-functional teams;
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in net new enterprise accounts;
• Manage partner and reseller channels in assigned regions;
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs;
• Monitor key competitors' offerings, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats;
• Drive the thought-leadership agenda through networking, conference participation, and community building;
• Act as an internal advocate for clients by educating stakeholders on their specific needs.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales;
• Proven track record in enterprise-level, multi-stakeholder sales;
• Expertise in enterprise sales techniques such as SPIN, Challenger, MEDDICC, or Miller Heiman;
• Strong analytical and research skills;
• Excellent commercial acumen and interpersonal skills;
• Outstanding written, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Learn-it-all and can-do mentality;
• Nice to have: Domain expertise in KYC, KYB, AML, and fraud prevention.
