SPH Engineering develops professional drone technologies used by customers in 150+ countries. The company creates advanced UAV software, payload integrations, and custom drone solutions for geophysical, hydrographic, industrial, and surveying applications.
задачи
- Develop and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for advanced drone solutions across Europe;
- Drive new business through active outbound sales from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing deals;
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs;
- Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new applications, upselling solutions, and strengthening customer relationships;
- Expand and develop the regional partner network by identifying, onboarding, and enabling distributors and resellers;
- Leverage modern outbound sales techniques including social selling, email campaigns, automation, and data-driven prospecting;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights for product and commercial strategy improvements;
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
требования
- 5+ Years of international outbound B2B sales experience in drone technologies, survey equipment, geospatial solutions, industrial technology, or closely related industries;
- Proven success as a hunter including defining Ideal Customer Profiles, prospect research, cold outreach, discovery calls, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle;
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills;
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions in clear business terms to technical and executive stakeholders;
- Experience using CRM systems and modern sales platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Lusha, or similar;
- Professional English proficiency;
- Nice to have: Experience in mining, construction, geophysics, hydrography, or related industries, French and/or German language skills.
