TechHive is an IT company that specializes in lead generation and business development services.
задачи
- Research and build target company lists;
- Identify and qualify decision-makers;
- Run outbound sequences via LinkedIn and email, write sharp, personalized messages;
- Perform A/B test campaigns, analyze response rates, and iterate to improve conversion;
- Manage and keep CRM data clean and up to date;
- Work closely with the BD team to hand off warm leads and gather feedback on quality;
- Track daily activity metrics and report on pipeline progress;
требования
- English B2+;
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, SDR, outbound sales, or marketing;
- Ability to make up concise, research-based outreach;
- Comfort with data: spreadsheets, CRM hygiene, basic reporting;
- Proactive and self-driven personality;
- Motivated by results;
- Nice to have: extra languages, experience in IT/tech context.
