Business Development Manager

TLT Electronics provides electronics manufacturing services. Its 55-hectare high-tech manufacturing park uses advanced automation and robotics to turn electronics and plastics concepts into products.

• Research the market, identify target clients and their needs, and find growth opportunities
• Build relationships with new clients through daily outreach, cold calling, presentations, frequent visits, and business case analysis
• Prepare commercial offers, manage contract processes, and achieve assigned sales development goals
• Represent electronics manufacturing services at exhibitions and meetings
• Report to the sales group manager and collaborate with Key Account Managers to achieve results

• 3+ Years of B2B sales experience in contract manufacturing or industrial manufacturing
• Excellent spoken and written English
• An organized, results-oriented, challenge-driven approach
• Ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering the market
• Strong presentation and business communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and business project management expertise
• Driving license and ability to travel
