Sii Poland provides IT services and consulting, including business process analysis, optimization, automation, and digital transformation services.
задачи
- Acquire new clients and develop business relationships in Polish and international markets;
- Generate sales leads and develop the sales pipeline;
- Promote and sell Business Services;
- Analyze and map business processes;
- Optimize operational processes;
- Automate business processes using RPA and workflow automation;
- Digitize and transform processes;
- Prepare commercial offers, conduct negotiations, finalize contracts, and handle ongoing client inquiries;
- Collaborate with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events;
- Support business development through presales activities and close cooperation with delivery teams and Business Services Competence Center experts;
- Monitor market trends related to automation, digital transformation, and business process improvement;
- Act in accordance with Sii's mission, business goals, and core values.
требования
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B service sales as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager;
- Excellent English for cooperation with international clients;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to prepare offers and business presentations;
- Dynamic and independent personality with a strong focus on achieving sales targets;
- Proactivity, a can-do attitude, and ease in building positive business relationships;
- Fluent Polish;
- Residence in Poland;
- Nice to have: experience selling business process analysis, process automation, digital transformation, or business consulting services, knowledge of RPA, BPM, and workflow automation solutions, expertise in business process optimization, experience with clients implementing transformation and digitization initiatives.
