• Process incoming inquiries from potential clients;
• Search for and attract new B2B clients;
• Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers;
• Deliver presentations of the company and agency services;
• Identify client needs and objectives;
• Prepare commercial proposals;
• Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and support clients until contract signing;
• Hand over clients to the implementation department after closing the deal;
• Maintain the CRM system;
• Meet individual sales targets.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales;
• Experience in negotiations with business owners and decision-makers;
• Ability to deliver presentations and effectively present company services;
• Ability to identify client business needs and offer effective solutions to achieve their goals;
• Ability to handle objections and close deals up to contract signing;
• Understanding of marketing principles, digital promotion tools, and the business tasks they help solve;
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office;
• Responsibility, initiative, independence, and result-orientation;
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian (oral and written);
• Nice to have: experience in a marketing agency, experience selling marketing, digital, IT, or consulting services, understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, web development, web analytics, and other digital marketing tools, proficiency in English.
