BD Manager

SNI provides IT and SAP outsourcing services, connecting professionals with projects in areas such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence. The company maintains an international presence and focuses on building long-term partnerships with clients.

• Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities in the IT and SAP outstaffing sector;
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and presentations;
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, RFQs, and RFPs;
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Operations teams to align service offerings with client needs;
• Generate leads through inbound and outbound channels;
• Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, including after-sales activities;
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive data in the CRM system.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management in a B2B environment;
• English C1 level (fluent in business communication);
• Experience in selling outstaffing and bodyleasing services;
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in business interactions;
• Proactive approach, ability to work independently, and focus on achieving sales goals;
• Strong negotiation skills and professionalism;
• Familiarity with CRM systems and systematic data management;
• Willingness to travel for work;
• Nice to have: Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language at B2 level or higher (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech), experience in IT/SAP outsourcing.
