TP-Link Ukraine is a global provider of networking and security solutions, specializing in consumer and SMB networking products, including the Omada and VIGI lines. The company focuses on expanding its market presence through enterprise networking and integrated security systems.

• Lead overall business growth within the public sector vertical;
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand coverage across government, public, and military procurement client groups;
• Identify and nurture potential vertical account partners, such as system integrators, installers, and managed service providers;
• Build a robust network of B2B partners to ensure comprehensive public sector market coverage;
• Engage directly with government institutions and military clients to generate B2B project sales;
• Drive and motivate managed accounts to promote Omada and VIGI solutions;
• Lead internal and external project workflows, coordinate multi-party cooperation, and ensure strict timeline control;
• Manage supply achievement to meet tender and project requirements;
• Maintain deep insight into industry trends, competitor actions, and public procurement regulations;
• Summarize and present detailed sales reports focusing on CCTV and public sector performance.

• 5+ Years of proven field sales experience within public sector, government, or military business;
• Deep understanding of B2B business and B2G vertical;
• Familiarity with the local landscape of B2B partners and a track record of successfully initiating business with new accounts;
• Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals;
• Ability to take full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to project closure;
• Valid Category B driving license for daily field activities;
• Fluency in Ukrainian;
• Upper-intermediate English or higher;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of public channel dynamics, experience with public procurement processes.
