задачи
- Develop new business within the assigned territory;
- Build and grow a strong, profitable customer base;
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold/warm calling;
- Demonstrate consultative selling techniques;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets;
- Master the company’s sales methodology;
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting;
- Develop mentoring and coaching skills alongside experienced leaders;
- Recruit, train, and coach new Sales Representatives after the initial development period.
требования
- Strong B2B sales experience, particularly in new account development;
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets;
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong customer relationships;
- Fluent Polish and English;
- Valid driving license;
- Nice to have: Experience mentoring or informally coaching others.
