задачи
- Build a personal prospect portfolio within the logistics, hospitality, retail, and agriculture sectors;
- Conduct cold acquisition;
- Develop smart outbound strategies using tools like Salesloft, Lusha, Apollo, and Clay;
- Deliver demos and pitch meetings using the SPICED methodology;
- Guide new clients during their first 1–3 months on the platform;
- Analyze labor market and legal trends to act as an expert for clients.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field;
- High energy and a drive for building, scoring, and winning;
- Comfortable working with targets;
- Confident presentation skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders;
- Interest in tech, marketplaces, or the future of work;
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Nice to have: 1+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or AE, previous experience in setting up an outbound sales strategy.
