BD Manager

Halkbank AD Beograd is a banking institution providing financial products and services to various client segments. The organization focuses on market analysis, product development, and the enhancement of digital banking channels and customer experience.

• Monitor banking market activities and prepare relevant analyses and reports;
• Identify new market opportunities, client segments, and potential product improvements;
• Participate in the development, enhancement, and launch of bank products and services;
• Coordinate product implementation processes and projects;
• Organize customer needs and satisfaction research, including surveys, focus groups, and mystery shopping;
• Improve customer journeys, digital sales, and sales channels;
• Collaborate with external partners, including institutions, fintech companies, service providers, and insurance partners;
• Support activities related to tariffs, pricing policy, product profitability, and sales campaigns;
• Prepare business analyses, proposals, presentations, internal procedures, and instructions.

• Higher education in Economics, Organizational Sciences, Business, Technical fields, or a related discipline;
• Relevant work experience in banking, finance, product development, business development, sales, digital banking, or consulting;
• Strong understanding of banking products, market dynamics, client needs, pricing policy, product profitability, and segmentation;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills;
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, including internal procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Experience in preparing business analyses, decision proposals, and management presentations;
• Proactive approach, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• English language proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience in developing banking products, digital channels, or customer experience improvement projects.
