• Identify capability gaps and develop early-stage opportunities within the maritime Defence domain;
• Engage with operational units, staff organizations, and procurement stakeholders;
• Translate operational needs into feasible and compliant solution directions;
• Position the company and its partners in emerging programs and capability developments;
• Coordinate internally to ensure feasibility, alignment, and deliverability;
• Represent the company in briefings, demonstrations, and international engagements;
• Monitor doctrine, threat developments, and relevant technologies.

• Operational background in the maritime domain with an understanding of maritime operations;
• Strong professional network across the maritime domain, including both Defence and industry sectors;
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive progress within a team-oriented environment;
• Skill in aligning stakeholders, building trust, and maintaining credibility in regulated environments;
• Willingness to travel internationally.
