• Coordinate full-chain business expansion of contract transaction operations in Asia-Pacific or European regions;
• Formulate and implement localized market expansion strategies;
• Lead the team to achieve core KPIs including transaction volume, user growth, revenue, and market share;
• Develop and maintain core resources such as local institutional clients, trading channels, communities, KOL/KOC, and industry partners;
• Build a localized cooperation ecosystem;
• Lead the design of local market-specific cooperation policies, commissioning systems, joint operation plans, brand activities, and traffic conversion paths;
• Drive the full-cycle implementation and optimization of cooperation projects;
• Maintain and explore the value of core partnerships to enhance business retention and transaction contribution;
• Monitor local cryptocurrency market trends, competitor strategies, regulatory changes, and user preferences;
• Produce market insights and business optimization plans;
• Coordinate with product, operation, compliance, and risk control teams;
• Manage compliance and operational risks in business cooperation;
• Establish, manage, and build the capacity of the local business team;
• Establish standardized business processes;
• Manage global business development, organize meetings, provide training, and set goals.

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• At least 3 years of business development experience in the cryptocurrency industry;
• At least 2 years of experience in managing contract teams in Asia-Pacific or European markets;
• Fluent in Chinese and English;
• Excellent skills in business negotiation, proposal writing, resource integration, and independent customer acquisition;
• Goal-oriented with strong ability to withstand pressure, execution ability, and market sensitivity;
• Proficient in regulatory policies and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrencies in Taiwan;
• Strong awareness of risk management and professional ethics;
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills;
• English C1;
• Nice to have: Experience as a BD director for the contract business of a leading exchange, mature local institutional, channel, and KOL resources.
