• Manage relationships with bus partners and serve as the key point of contact;
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with partners;
• Take full ownership of route performance by monitoring, optimizing, and improving operations;
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve efficiency;
• Influence and execute HQ-initiated projects and adapt global strategies to local market conditions;
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through strategic pricing, service expansion, and partnership optimization;
• Assess processes critically, challenge inefficiencies, and drive innovation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field;
• 7+ Years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy;
• Proven track record in negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis;
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make strategic decisions (Excel, BI tools);
• Self-driven and solution-oriented mindset;
• Full ownership mentality and ability to see projects through;
• Strong commercial acumen;
• Nice to have: Experience within Transportation or Travel.
