задачи
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities;
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline;
- Develop strategic partnerships across Central Asia and Stan countries;
- Establish relationships with travel companies, insurance providers, airlines, communities, corporate clients, and affiliates;
- Conduct market and competitor research;
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals;
- Negotiate commercial agreements to drive sustainable growth and revenue;
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine offerings and align go-to-market strategies;
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners and enterprise clients;
- Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and provide reporting to leadership.
требования
- Proven skills in business development, B2B sales, and account management;
- Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and sales pipeline management;
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet revenue targets;
- Experience closing B2B and B2B2C partnerships within the travel ecosystem, including tourism, insurance, airlines, and hospitality;
- Professional integrity and commitment to building diverse business relationships;
- Nice to have: Additional languages beyond Russian.
