задачи
- Identify, qualify, and secure new out-licensing opportunities across Europe;
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and close licensing agreements;
- Build and expand senior-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners;
- Manage deals end-to-end from initial engagement through contract signature and launch support;
- Develop tailored commercial and licensing proposals;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities;
- Act as the commercial lead within cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Finance;
- Maintain a structured pipeline and provide accurate reporting using CRM tools;
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
требования
- 7+ Years of experience in pharmaceutical business development, licensing, commercial partnerships, or key account leadership;
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial deals;
- Strong knowledge of European pharmaceutical markets, specifically Generics and Value-Added Medicines;
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems;
- Strong commercial and financial acumen regarding business cases, pricing, and margins;
- University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field;
- Fluency in English;
- Nice to have: Established network within the non-European pharmaceutical industry.
