• Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base;
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
• Manage existing client accounts and develop long-term relationships with key decision makers;
• Prepare and present logistics solutions;
• Negotiate pricing and contracts;
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction;
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales;
• Analyze the market and report performance against sales targets;
• Contribute to sales strategies;
• Participate in industry events;
• Promote Ibex Logistics’ full suite of freight and logistics services.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain services;
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and contract closing skills;
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and build effective sales pipelines;
• Comfort working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic MS Office;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Georgian or other regional languages, understanding of import/export processes, freight modes, and logistics documentation.
