• Acquire new customers for job boards via telephone;
• Advise clients on topics such as employer branding and personnel marketing;
• Identify and solve individual challenges for potential customers;
• Conduct needs analyses, objection handling, and lead processing;
• Maintain a professional network within the assigned sales territory;
• Support colleagues and participate in listening sessions and sparring exchanges.

• Professional experience in sales or telesales;
• Service-oriented and solution-driven mindset;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to identify opportunities;
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce;
• Nice to have: Experience in B2B sales.
