задачи
- Support the development and growth of assigned customer accounts within the Flavors business serving the Food & Beverage market;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders;
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives;
- Coordinate with Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences;
- Monitor sales performance, customer forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks;
- Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers;
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and recommend flavor solutions that create value;
- Maintain accurate customer and market information to support strategic decision-making.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field;
- 1–3 Years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG, food, beverage, or ingredients industries;
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value-added solutions;
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluent Polish and English language skills, both verbal and written;
- Valid Category B driving license;
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment;
- Nice to have: Experience within the flavors, food ingredients, or beverage industry, curiosity and eagerness to learn about flavor technologies and market trends, self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
