задачи
- Achieve B2B sales targets across product groups and services;
- Consult clients on Apple products, solutions, warranty, repairs, and delivery;
- Respond to incoming corporate inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM;
- Perform cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs;
- Identify, source, and attract new B2B clients and business partners;
- Inform clients about promotions and special offers;
- Process orders, pre-orders, and documentation in the CRM system;
- Ensure accurate cash register operations and compliance with cash discipline;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve product or service-related issues;
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth customer service.
требования
- 2+ Years of experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant commercial role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously;
- English B1;
- Nice to have: B2B experience, Apple product knowledge.
