• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring accurate CRM records;
• Develop an understanding of client business models to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
• Build and maintain Account Plans for key clients, including strategies, success metrics, and risk management;
• Lead client reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions;
• Monitor account performance, resolve issues proactively, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth;
• Improve account management processes and client communication standards for scalability and consistency;
• Provide structured client feedback to Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to support continuous improvement.

• 2+ Years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role within the payments industry;
• Experience managing and developing relationships with B2B clients;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail;
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities;
• Adaptability, a client-centric mindset, and strong relationship-building skills;
• Commercial mindset focused on growth and delivering value to clients;
• Experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce and proficiency in managing client interactions and data;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: iGaming experience, knowledge of crypto processing, Russian.
