Account manager for creative projects

You'll be the main contact for our clients and run their projects from the first brief to final delivery, working closely with our creative, design and development teams. Agency experience is required for this role.

• Act as the main point of contact for your clients
• Attend client meetings, take notes and share summaries and next steps afterwards
• Understand client needs and turn them into clear briefs for the team
• Prepare and deliver presentations, including proposals, campaign plans and reports
• Manage client feedback, revisions and approvals
• Spot opportunities for new work with existing clients
• Take projects from scratch through to delivery
• Share incoming work with the team and assign tasks
• Build timelines and make sure deadlines are met
• Track tasks and progress in our project management tool
• Prepare quotes and follow project budgets
• Check work against the brief before it goes to the client
• Coordinate with external suppliers such as production companies and printers

• At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager or in a similar role
• Agency experience (required)
• Experience handling several clients and projects at the same time
• Understanding of creative, digital, social media and production work
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to prepare presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides
• Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp
• Russian and English, in addition to your native language
