As part of the SiGMA Group, Affiliate Grand Slam (AGS) brings together professionals in affiliate and performance marketing, including affiliates, advertisers, media buyers and technology providers. AGS creates opportunities to build partnerships, exchange insights and drive business growth.

We are looking for an organised and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships and support the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the business.

In this role, you will ensure smooth client communication, maintain

accurate records, coordinate ongoing activities, and provide administrative support to the Managing Director to keep processes organised and running efficiently.

• Client communication: Manage day-to-day client communication, respond to enquiries, provide updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• CRM management: Maintain

accurate and up-to-date client information, deal records, and activity history in HubSpot.

• Administrative support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Documentation management: Coordinate and maintain documentation, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Internal coordination: Coordinate with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and completion of ongoing tasks.
• Data management: Ensure information is consistent across internal systems, records, and documentation.
• Operational support: Track ongoing activities, deadlines, and outstanding tasks, and help maintain efficient day-to-day processes.

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Customer Success, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
• Confidence working with invoices, contracts, and business documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of administrative tasks and follow-ups.
