The company provides payment products and services for business clients, including card processing, payment gateways, digital wallets, merchant accounts, point-of-sale solutions, online payments, recurring payments, and fraud prevention.
задачи
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients;
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support;
- Help clients onboard and successfully use payment solutions;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues;
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional payment products;
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support teams;
- Track account performance and prepare reports;
- Stay informed about payment industry trends, regulations, and new products;
- Manage your own schedule effectively;
- Communicate regularly via Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar tools;
- Collaborate with international teams across different time zones;
- Maintain a professional home office with a reliable internet connection.
требования
- Experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment;
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace;
- Fluency in English;
- Customer-focused and relationship-oriented approach;
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities;
- Comfort working with technology and learning new payment platforms;
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision;
- Adaptability in a fast-paced fintech environment;
- Nice to have: experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payment processing, additional languages.
