задачи
- Support business growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship management;
- Build and maintain professional client relationships to drive account growth and ensure high client satisfaction;
- Manage B2B client relationships and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements;
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure smooth execution;
- Provide ongoing support to clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen sharing, Teams, and other communication channels;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customer needs and objectives;
- Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Forecast, monitor, and track key account metrics and performance;
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide exceptional day-to-day service;
- Analyze ongoing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational efficiency;
- Work closely with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and support existing client relationships.
требования
- Proven experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the iGaming, gambling, or online casino industry;
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Proven experience managing B2B clients and building long-term business relationships;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills;
- Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects and coordinating with internal teams;
- Experience preparing and supporting executive-level presentations, proposals, and business meetings;
- Experience with CRM tools and project management platforms.
