задачи
- Manage accounts from onboarding to renewal;
- Guide clients on technical, business, and product levels in collaboration with other teams;
- Prepare quotes, agreements, and NDAs to ensure a smooth and quick onboarding journey;
- Research and identify potential prospects based on strategy development;
- Maintain targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to source meetings with key prospects;
- Introduce clients to new features and handle new feature releases.
требования
- Demonstrated account management experience in B2B cloud/SaaS software, financial services, compliance, or crypto;
- Experience with CRM pipeline management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and developing startup environment;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and self-organized;
- Fluency in English;
- Nice to have: Ambitious and willing to grow within a sales team.
