требования
- Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Delivery or Project Manager in IT/digital services;
- Proven experience managing client relationships during project delivery;
- Experience with contracts, SoWs, and legal documentation;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- English level: B2+.
