The company is a global payment provider transforming cross-border transactions through cutting-edge technology and deep industry expertise.

• Manage merchant technical onboarding, including account setup, integration support, and platform guidance;
• Configure payment orchestration, such as routing and blocking rules;
• Resolve technical issues in collaboration with merchants and payment processing partners;
• Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to address technical challenges;
• Monitor merchant payment processing metrics proactively to suggest improvements;
• Resolve L1/L2 customer issues and escalate complex cases to relevant teams;
• Provide internal user support regarding payment operations;
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and manage tickets;
• Ensure adherence to agreed-upon response SLAs.

• Excellent understanding of card payment mechanics;
• Ability to resolve payment issues end-to-end and lead technical discussions with engineers;
• Proficiency in reading technical documentation and logs;
• Experience leading technical conversations with clients and partners;
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments;
• Basic proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Superset, Power BI) or monitoring tools (Grafana, Graylog);
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to interact with them using Postman or scripts;
• Ability to handle on-call duties for major outages outside regular working hours;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Experience with SQL databases, experience with alternative payment methods (local payment systems, open banking, crypto processing).
