задачи
- Develop and implement client growth strategies;
- Expand existing client accounts and develop new domains and regions;
- Increase sales and improve project profitability;
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to scale the business;
- Control PnL;
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the team and client stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose solutions;
- Implement and optimize client-related business processes;
- Manage operational activities for projects;
- Conduct pre-sales activities, develop and present solutions, and monitor outcomes;
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences;
- Hold in-person meetings, organize and deliver presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate interdepartmental processes;
- Conduct contract negotiations and manage accounts receivable.
требования
- Experience in account management and/or customer success management for 1+ years;
- Experience in an account/sales assistant role;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives;
- German language level: Upper-Intermediate and above;
- English language level: Upper-Intermediate and above;
- Nice to have: Technical knowledge with the ability to understand technical aspects of technology.
