Account executive in vacation rental management

Our Growth team is entering its next growth phase, and we are looking for someone to shape it. Someone who does not simply acquire partners, but convinces them—from the first conversation to the signature, independently and without a blueprint.

• Full-Cycle Ownership – you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead to close. No handoffs, no dilution of responsibility
• For larger deals, you personally sit at the table with the decision-makers
• There is no finished playbook for our sales motion yet. You help write it

• 3+ years of SME B2B sales, including at least 1 year as a Closer / AE or in a full-cycle role
• BDR/SDR/AE experience
• Experience with complex products (SaaS, PropTech, or enterprise software)
• Financials are part of your everyday work: margins, returns, and ROI arguments convince you first
• A proven track record of closing deals
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in German and English
• Based in Berlin
