Account executive in industrial quality control

Our goal is to establish Maddox AI as the leading platform for AI-based visual quality inspection in Europe and worldwide. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join our team as a (Senior) Account Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and driving company growth.

• You develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers, products and the market environment in order to position Maddox AI's solutions effectively.
• You work with potential customers, ask about their needs, advise them on our products and turn them into fans.
• You build sustainable business relationships with relevant decision-makers and contacts at our customers and communicate the value of Maddox AI to them.
• You work with our technical teams and ensure that our solutions meet our customers' technical requirements.
• You support customers with business case and ROI calculations and show how our solutions directly contribute to their business success.
• You guide customers through the purchasing process, prepare proposals, steer negotiations towards win-win outcomes and close contracts effectively.

• You enjoy challenges and close teamwork in a dynamic environment.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise customers, ideally with experience in industry, automation and software-as-a-service.
• You have experience navigating complex buying centers and the ability to build relationships across different departments and management levels, including C-level.
• You are an excellent communicator, both when presenting our service and portfolio professionally and when defining customers' needs.
• You are motivated, goal-oriented and able to work both independently and in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are willing to come to our office in Cologne-Ehrenfeld 3 days a week.
