account executive in client services

• Manage and grow client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Build strong client relationships and ensure client needs are understood and addressed promptly
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services
• Monitor account performance
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Support contract negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
• Collaborate across departments to meet client expectations, achieve revenue targets, and support long-term partnerships

• Demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, present information clearly, and maintain professional relationships
• Organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and propose effective solutions
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic business environment
• Commitment to ethical business practices, client satisfaction, and continuous professional development
• Будет плюсом: experience in a corporate or service-focused environment, proficiency with common office software and CRM or account management tools, a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
