account executive in automotive and manufacturing

• Drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory in the Manufacturing and Automotive industry;
• Develop and execute a business plan and meet or exceed quarterly targets;
• Win and manage a set of key accounts concurrently and strategically;
• Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and related regulatory requirements;
• Accelerate customer adoption;
• Work with partners to extend reach and drive AWS adoption;
• Articulate AWS value and influence on digitalization and agentic AI transformation trends up to C-level;
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

• Experience in technical sales for B2B or in a solution-sales or technology-related environment;
• Experience with large-scale IT, digital, business transformation, or migration programs in a customer-facing role;
• Experience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal, and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial or enterprise deals;
• Fluent German in speaking, writing, and reading;
• Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for global customers;
• Nice to have: direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions, collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership, a Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, experience at consulting firms or equivalent.
