Account executive for sustainable packaging

Welcome to deinetuete! We are an up-and-coming, fast-growing start-up in the food packaging industry, looking for passionate and friendly team members to support our B2B Sales team full-time. Our mission? We want to build Europe's largest sustainable packaging platform for individually printed to-go packaging! Our goal is to make high-quality, customized packaging solutions more accessible to small and medium-sized businesses and franchises—with distinctive branding, user-friendly, automated procurement processes, and first-class service online and offline. Our renowned customers and partners in over 15 countries include food brands such as Cinnamood, Goldies Smashburger, Cookie Couture and many more.

• Company building: Be part of the core team and support us in establishing deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, individually printed to-go packaging in Europe.
• New customer acquisition: Identify and acquire new B2B customers—especially in the restaurant, hotel and retail sectors—through various channels (phone, email, social media).
• Lead generation: Tap into new customer potential and fill the sales funnel with qualified leads that align with our sustainable mission.
• Customer retention: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to build long-term partnerships and make use of cross-selling potential.
• Strategy development: Work on creative sales strategies to increase our brand awareness and enter new markets.
• Teamwork: Work closely with management, Marketing and Supply Chain to develop customer-focused solutions and ensure optimal order processing.

• Sales experience: You already have some experience in B2B sales, ideally in the restaurant, packaging or consumer goods industry. Alternatively, you are a motivated career changer with a strong sales mentality.
• Sociability: You are a great communicator and can quickly build new relationships, whether by phone, email or in person. Building long-term customer relationships comes naturally to you.
• Company building: You want to play an active role in shaping the business and enjoy developing deinetuete into a market leader for sustainable to-go packaging.
• Persuasiveness: You can inspire customers and are not afraid to present sustainable packaging solutions as real added value.
• Structured and independent working style: You are well organized, work independently and keep track of your tasks and goals—even in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Digital affinity: You are confident using CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive), MS Office and digital tools.
• Passion for branding: You are enthusiastic about strong brands in the food sector and understand how customized packaging influences a company's perception and success.
• German is your native language.
• You have a work permit where you live.
