Account Executive

They Digital is a digital marketing agency founded in 2008 with over 200 employees in Poland and Switzerland. The company specializes in projects integrating strategy, creative, technology, and marketing, ranging from digital ecosystem development and advertising campaigns to advanced eCRM solutions and loyalty programs.

• Support the Project Manager in ongoing graphic design services, including managing client emails and briefing the design team;
• Provide operational support for digital client services by collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, and media planners;
• Assist the Account Manager with current agency projects based on operational needs;
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for clients;
• Ensure the highest quality of delivered materials;
• Manage dedicated project areas independently and communicate directly with clients as professional development progresses.

• Previous experience working in an agency;
• Ability to learn quickly and desire for professional growth;
• Responsibility for operational task management;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships;
• Proficiency in MS Excel;
• English language skills sufficient for correspondence and client communication;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools, ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, proactivity, and creative mindset.
