Technical Talent Partner

MoonPay builds an operating system for value movement, including crypto, stablecoins, and tokenized assets. Its offerings cover funding, tokenization, trading, and spending, serving over 30 million customers and more than 500 ecosystem partners.

• Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data, and Security, from search kickoff and market mapping through assessment, offer, and close
• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand their teams, define hiring criteria, and build effective strategies
• Find technical talent in competitive markets through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and creative search strategies
• Use data and market insight to identify stalled searches and adjust the approach
• Use AI for sourcing, screening, research, market mapping, and reporting, and improve work quality and efficiency
• Improve hiring processes, tooling, and ways of working by sharing effective practices and challenging ineffective ones

• Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving technology or product organisations, with a track record of delivering challenging searches in competitive talent markets
• Deep technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI, and/or Security
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including the ability to find candidates beyond the obvious talent pool
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership
• Data-driven, curious, and focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Confident influencing hiring managers and challenging their thinking when needed
• Strong practical use of AI in recruiting, with examples of how it has improved work
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and financial technology, and the ability to discuss the crypto ecosystem and its future credibly
