• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including screening, interviews, and offers
• Drive and optimize strategic recruiting initiatives
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines
• Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, clear feedback among stakeholders
• Contribute to recruitment planning and support company growth initiatives

• 5+ Years of IT recruitment experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing and research skills using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Behance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, mature, and collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail, strong multitasking ability, and flexibility in fast-changing environments
• Demonstrated success in closing technical roles
• English and Vietnamese proficiency
