Indero is a global contract research organization focused on dermatology and rheumatology. It provides end-to-end clinical research and trial delivery services for biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors, including protocol design, patient recruitment, trial monitoring, and biometrics.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth candidate experience;
• Ensure timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring;
• Create and support the talent acquisition strategy;
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and execute sourcing and recruiting plans;
• Identify position requirements and sourcing strategies with hiring managers;
• Coach and lead hiring managers on recruitment best practices;
• Coordinate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate statuses;
• Identify sourcing channels for different positions and skill sets;
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare shortlist briefs for hiring managers;
• Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts;
• Manage pre-employment processes, including background verification and references;
• Support Employer Branding initiatives;
• Establish a social media strategy to promote open positions;
• Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms;
• Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics;
• Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives;
• Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts;
• Coordinate with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding.

• University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or another relevant field;
• 5–7 Years of in-house recruiting experience;
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
• Ability to develop creative recruiting and talent identification strategies;
• High confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Good knowledge of clinical practices and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and guidelines.
