• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles and global markets;
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and advise on best practices;
• Build diverse talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, job boards, and social media;
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment events;
• Manage relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners;
• Maintain accurate data and track recruitment activity using Workday;
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights on hiring performance;
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment;
• Collaborate with global People teams to align with business priorities;
• Contribute to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 1 Year of end-to-end recruitment experience in-house or agency, ideally across multiple markets;
• Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, candidate-focused approach;
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience with ATS systems, ideally Workday;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy;
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience;
• Understanding of or interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion within hiring;
• Nice to have: experience with GBS roles.
