• Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and integration of talent aligned with organizational needs;
• Establish and develop partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions, promoting internship programs and employer branding initiatives;
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the training plan, ensuring compliance with development needs and legal and organizational requirements;
• Ensure the welcoming, integration, and follow-up of new employees through a structured onboarding experience that supports loyalty and retention;
• Develop and implement engagement and retention initiatives, monitoring employee integration and retention indicators;
• Deliver onboarding and Human Factors training sessions, evaluating their effectiveness and continuously improving training content and methodologies;
• Maintain recruitment, training, and retention records and indicators, preparing periodic management reports.

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a similar field;
• Experience in recruitment, training, and talent development;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organization, planning, and project management skills;
• Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools;
• Dynamism, proactivity, and results orientation.
