• Review requests related to the area of responsibility and coordinate activities to respond to them
• Communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate
• Ensure service quality and that processes are followed and documented
• Write documentation and follow up on downstream processes
• Manage the filing and storage of documentation in compliance with data privacy and legal requirements
• Initiate and follow up on activities required by third-party vendors
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Produce and analyze reports as required
• Recommend and act on opportunities for continuous improvement

• Experience in the specific process area
• Experience working in a shared service organization
• Knowledge of operational excellence and a customer service focus
• Experience with data processing, computer applications, or call center applications
• Communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, analysis, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Fluent Polish and advanced English
